Yeah, I did read everything. Weird thing is most of the files are missing? Thought I did everything right.

Hi,
I'm guessing this might have been our fault. We had a bug crop up today that was causing some files to be deleted when an item was checked out. Horrible! It's been fixed now, so if you'd like to give it a try again, you'll probably have a better experience!
If you continue to have trouble with that particular identifier, because of the partial upload files, the you would need to create a new identifier for the concert.

Under the "completed tasks button" i can see all the files. there just not together. if that makes any sense???
what should i do to fix that???

You will need to checkout the item, delete the audio files that you see, upload them again and check the item back in. This is done through Edit Item > Item Manager.
